Having been in the Mortgage Broking Industry full time for 20 years, I have experienced how consumers have become more comfortable using a mortgage broker & equally how the banks have also become reliant on mortgage brokers - they no longer have experienced staff in their branches to help clients, particularly as every client has unique circumstances that need a tailored service.
Whether my clients are borrowing for the 1st time for their first home or it's the hundredth time for a commercial property through their self-managed super fund, everybody feels anxious when they go through a loan application.
